Latin Solo Workout: Learn how to dance 'Real' Latin Dance, including Rumba, Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Paso Doble, Modern Jive... Expect to drop a dress size as it is an excellent way of trimming as it gives a total body workout. This is a Progressive course, starting with Beginner's classes, suitable for 'total beginners with little or no dance experience'... on to Progressive, a half way house, builds on the moves and confidence, getting you ready for the Advanced Latin Solo Class, where you can expect to sweat.... This class not only gives a body workout but you have to use your brain as we choreograph routines on the spot..... You certainly won't get bored!!!

Using all the latest, favourite tunes, regular new choreography, learn to dance with sTyle. A great way to trim up, learn a new skill, make new friends. Great for confidence building!

Burlesque: A very cheeky, naughty dance workout, using real Burlesque style moves, don't worry, we don't remove any items of clothing (unless of course we get too hot). Excellent way to sculpt the body, strenghen and trim the legs and core. Great way of raising self esteem.

Age approptiate class for budding models or just for fun.... Learn how to strutt your stuff on the catwalk. Perform in front of the camera! How to display clothes and accessories... A high energy, juke box style dance 4 fitness class that incorporates various dance styles set to music through the ages. Simple routines have been choreographed to give a good all round workout that will have you sweating whilst laughing, leaving you feeling exhilerated and wanting more! Danced in trainers for maximum bounce!!!
